Eligibility Criteria for Referred Individuals
NOT CURRENTLY A STUDENT OR GRADUATE
The referred individual must not be currently enrolled in any program or have previously graduated from CBBC Career College.
DATABASE STATUS REQUIREMENT
> The referred individual must not be found in the college's database.
> OR if the individual appears in the database, they must not have engaged in any two-way communication (email, phone, text, in-person, etc.) with the college within the 12 months preceding the referral date.
REFERRAL DOCUMENTATION
All referrals must be submitted in writing, either on paper or electronically.
PERMISSION TO SHARE INFORMATION
The referring individual must have the referred person's express permission to share their contact details with the college.
REFERRAL FEE STRUCTURE
> $300 for each referred student who enrolls in a qualifying program with tuition of $8,000 or more.
> $100 for referrals to programs with tuition below $8,000.
Excluded Programs: Referral fees do not apply to programs such as Train the Trainer or those offering free tuition.
ENROLLMENT CONDITIONS
> The referred student must remain enrolled for a minimum of 30 days to qualify the referring individual for payment.
> The referring individual's student account (if applicable) must be in good financial standing.
Referral Fee Restrictions
Senior and Executive Staff, as well as Student Admissions Advisors, are not eligible to receive referral payments. Referral fees will not be paid for individuals with whom the college had two-way communication within the last 12 months.
General Terms
All referral payments are subject to final approval by management. The college reserves the right to alter or discontinue the referral program and its conditions at any time without prior notice.
